Selling

At Woodstone Realtors we offer on behalf of our independent contractors two levels of Sales service:
1.5% Fixed Service (Sole Agency Only)*

For this service, the fee is 1.5% of the sale price. This is subject to a minimum fee of Rs. 70000. There is also a non-refundable upfront administration fee of Rs. 5000.

• Arrange a valuation and provide sale advice.
• Prepare details of your property.
• Advise on pricing your property.
• Market your property on our website.
• Deal with enquiries and arrange viewings.
• Provide feedback after all viewings.
• Negotiate offers on your behalf.
• Follow up sales to completion.

We will continue to market your property until sold or for six months (whichever is the shorter).

2% Fixed Service (Multi – Agency Only)*

For this service, the fee is 2% of the sale price. This is subject to a minimum of Rs. 100000. There is also a non-refundable upfront administration charge of Rs. 5000.

• Advise on pricing your property.
• Market your property on our website.
• Deal with enquiries and arrange viewings.
• Provide feedback after all viewings.
• Negotiate offers on your behalf.
• Follow up sales to completion.

We will continue to market your property until sold or for six months (whichever is the shorter).

Financial Advice

If you require financial advice, we can refer you to our affiliated Independent Financial Advisors who will be happy to assist you.

• The fee percentage charged to the buyer will be based on the service selected and agreed sale price subject to a minimum of 1.5%.

NOTE:
We are exclusively online real estate realtors who work with independent contractors. Payments are made to the contractors directly and not to us as we only facilitate the provision of providing the contractors with a platform for listing. We may assist when requested to provide additional support when requested by the contractors.
